The Alexa ranking is high because there’s traffic coming to our site mostly from search engines. We aren’t using PPC now, but we did for one month when we launched the site, in 2008, in order to kick start the blog. This site isn’t filled with lots of banners because we are keen on keeping the high quality – we are selling those ad spots, and if we had more, our clients wouldn’t pay us as much as they do now.

Your site is not filled with a lot of banners. Only Google adsense ads and one or 2 banners are displayed. YOU have maintained your blog in a good manner. But I looked at your alexa ranking and that’s quite good. Without monetizing that much, how’s your alexa ranking high?
Did you go for PPC or something like that? How did you gain traffic to your blog? Can you please share the main methods you followed?

Indeed, the subscription is $33 after the first month. But when you join, you’ll have access from the very beginning to all materials that have been uploaded so far, which means you’re going to see all the videos for your $1. Court and Mark add new ones weekly or monthly (I can’t remember the frequency) – if you’re still a member when they have a new seminar, you can either participate directly or watch the video.

If you don’t want to be billed automatically after the first month, don’t forget to cancel your subscription in due time.

Yes, I found 1$ for 1 month. But 33$ for subscription. I trust you. So, I am going to join soon.
But what I worry is that whether they may not provide the full class of 1 month in order to get subscribed. Some sites will not provide the full features as fore said. But they will provide half and the other half will only be given after paying the subscription fee.
Does this company engage in such activities?

Hey, maybe they’ve ended the promotion. I joined The Keyword Academy program about one month ago and I paid only $1 for the first month. It’s not a scam, their method works. Maybe you could use their contact form at the site and ask them directly about the $1 offer.

Thank you, Mikael. Luckily, this is my day business, so I have enough time for doing that. I’m usually writing about 10-20 posts per day anyway, so the only difference will be the focus on one single blog, to see how much it can grow in terms of AdSense revenue.

Actually Court’s experiment came exactly when I was planning to kick-start a few of those $30 a month mini-blogs to bring them to $30 a day. By joining Court, I’ll also have some interesting articles to post on this blog.
